Work With Me

With a PhD in philosophy of education, and 20+ years working as an educator behind me, I facilitate experiences to help people get in touch with what matters most.

My expertise is in leadership, self-development, and dynamic facilitation. To me, leadership is about self-awareness, empathy, and courage, and my mission is to provoke people into recognizing the potentials of their own awareness.

Here are some of the ways we can work together:

Leadership consulting – Whether you are an entrepreneur, team leader, educator, or coach, I can help you or your team resolve interpersonal dynamics, develop leadership confidence, and navigate difficult conversations. I hold space for helping you figure out how to use your strengths and to develop new ones – all toward the goal of leading a great team, and doing your work authentically.

Ideas generation – When you feel out of options, or need some perspective, hire me to infuse your problem with fresh thinking. I love helping people to see a bigger (or deeper) picture, and sometimes an outsider view is exactly what’s called for.

Workshop design – I can help you to develop engaging, meaningful programming, whatever the topic. Whether you are a coach or team leader, let’s work together to design workshops that bring results through inclusive, engaging, and meaningful programming. Your needs plus my expertise in facilitation can build capacity and create impact.

Speaking – I am a dynamic speaker, with a knack for engaging your audience through a combination of relevance, wonder, and interactive engagement. While my presentations will be tailored for each audience, I am currently accepting speaking engagements on these topics: Power, Agency, & Resilience; Diversity and Inclusion; Best Practices in Education & Training; Research, Curiosity, & Innovation; Intuition & Consciousness Development
